For over a decade, JIYAN has helped precision manufacturers clamp smarter so their spindles spend less time idle and more time cutting. We design, machine, heat-treat, grind, and inspect CNC vises, zero-point clamping systems, and modular fixtures under one roof in Changan, Dongguan — then ship them with the documentation serious buyers expect.
Our story: from a tooling workshop to a global workholding brand
JIYAN began as a small precision-tooling workshop with a single conviction: a machining job is only as accurate as the way it is held. We saw too many shops losing hours to repeated setups and tolerances that drifted part-to-part. So we built vises and zero-point systems engineered for one thing — repeatable accuracy.
Today our products run on 5-axis centers, Swiss lathes, and high-volume tombstone lines in 40+ countries, from prototype shops to aerospace suppliers. We remain a manufacturing company at heart: every JIYAN product is designed, machined, and inspected under one roof.

Manufacturing: one roof, end to end
Vertical integration means we control quality at every step — from raw stock to the pallet that lands on your machine.
CNC machining
3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers — including Makino PS105 and Mazak HCN-5000L platforms — machine bodies, jaws, and base plates to tight geometric tolerances.
Heat treatment
Vacuum hardening and stress-relief processes give JIYAN vises and zero-point bases the wear resistance needed for high-volume production.
Precision grinding
After heat treatment, reference surfaces are finish-ground so that repeatability stays within ±0.005 mm (0.0002 in) over thousands of clamping cycles.
CMM inspection
Every critical dimension is verified on coordinate measuring machines before a batch ships. We keep inspection records tied to serial numbers so buyers can trace quality back to the machine that made the part.
