The JY96-276 is a zero-point riser tower designed for 5-axis machining centers and trunnion tables — built for aerospace, precision molds and complex structural parts that need deep-reach and multi-face machining in one setup. By raising the workpiece off the table, it gives 5-axis heads and tilting spindles the clearance they need to reach undercuts and angled features without crashing the fixture.
It ships with the JY96-176 round 96 mm pallet, so the assembly locks straight onto any compatible 96 mm zero-point receiver. Single, double, triple and quad-station configurations are available across the JIYAN riser family.
