Round workpieces — shafts, dowels, pins, electrodes — are awkward to clamp in a vise and even more awkward to keep concentric. The JY96-ER32 mounts an ER32 collet directly on a 96 mm zero-point grid, giving you a rigid, repeatable way to machine round stock with sub-second change-over.

For CNC machining centers, CNC lathes and automated fixture cells, the integrated zero-point + ER collet design gives high centering accuracy, strong clamping rigidity and the repeatable setup of zero-point workholding.
